MS Paint, especially in its older iterations, is Microsoft's notoriously feature-absent drawing program. In fact, it's so basic that creating anything worth looking at is a challenge.
It doesn't really bother, who discovered the software decades ago and spends 10 hours a day painting. He uses it to create paintings that both pointillism and 8-bit art.
